Are out of stock models still available to purchase?
Yes, if you wish to purchase a model that is shown in the shop but has sold out, please click on and enable the "notify when available" function. You will receive a notification email once the requested item is back in stock.
Shipping
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours from point of sale using Royal Mail "Tracked 48" to customers in the UK. Please include a contact email address or mobile phone number at checkout if you wish to receive tracking information from this service.
Can I commission a bespoke model?
A very small amount of commission work is undertaken, and generally only models that are from a similar era to those already available are likely to be taken on. Please use the contact form for enquiries.
Can I make a suggestion for a new model?
Yes, if you have a suggestion for a particular vehicle or operator that you would like to see in 1/76 scale then please use the contact form to get in touch with some details.
Is there a social media page?
NetEvo Models can be found on Instagram only.
Refunds and returns
Purchase of goods made through this website is subject to Distance Selling Regulations (UK). Goods may be returned for refund within 28 calender days from the point of sale. Individual goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received to be eligable for full refund. Except for in cases of defect or error, shipping costs (including those incurred returning goods) are not refundable. A tracked shipping service must be used in order to return goods. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process and all goods returned are subject to inspection.
Gift Cards
Electronic gift cards (referred to as "eGift cards") sold through this website may only be used to make purchases from this website without exception and are subject to standard legal terms and conditions of useage, including Distance Selling Regulations (UK).
